Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed through this portal. They describe how we actually work; where a point is agreed separately in writing, the written agreement comes first.
Business customers only
We sell to registered businesses — wholesalers, distributors, retailers and institutions. Trade accounts are approved individually, and an account may be refused without a reason being given. Nothing on this site is an offer to a consumer.
Quotes and orders
A request for quotation is not binding on either side. An order placed in the portal is binding on you once it is confirmed by us in writing; until then it is a request. We confirm quantities, prices and the expected dispatch window in that confirmation.
Prices
Prices are per unit in euro, exclusive of VAT, duties, freight and insurance, and they depend on the quantity of the order. Quoted prices are held for the period stated on the quotation. Prices shown to an approved account replace any earlier list.
Minimum order quantity and cartons
Each product has a minimum order quantity and a fixed number of units per carton. Quantities are rounded up to a whole carton where the product is packed that way; the confirmation states the final quantity.
Damage, shortages and claims
Check the shipment on arrival. Visible damage or a shortage must be noted on the carrier documents and reported to us with photographs.
Manufacturing faults found later are replaced or credited, at our choice, once we have seen photographs of the fault and know which order the goods came from.
Designs and images
Our designs, packaging and product photography remain ours. Approved accounts may use the images we supply to sell our products, unchanged except for cropping and resizing. A bespoke design commissioned by you is covered by the separate agreement for that project.
Resale
You are free to set your own retail prices. You may not remove or alter our safety information, age marking or responsible-person details, and you may not present our products as your own manufacture unless we have agreed a private-label project in writing.
Circumstances beyond control
Neither side is liable for a delay caused by an event outside its reasonable control. If such an event lasts longer than sixty days, either side may cancel the affected part of the order.
