Most miniature kits sold in Europe are imported. Ours are cut, painted, checked and packed by us. That is why we can change a design, add a language, or run a special edition without renegotiating with a factory on another continent.

How a kit is made

1. Design

   Every model starts as a drawing in our own studio. We build the structure, work out how the parts lock together, and test the assembly before a single sheet is cut.

2. Laser cutting

   A 120 W dual-head CO2 laser cuts the sheets. Two heads mean two cuts at once, and a cut edge clean enough to need no sanding before painting.

3. Painting

   Parts are coloured on our own drum painting line, so a batch comes out matching rather than close. Printed elements are produced in house alongside them.

4. Quality control

   Kits are checked against a parts list before packing. A missing piece turns a gift into a complaint, so the count matters more than the speed.

5. Packing

   Parts, fittings, the assembly manual and the acrylic dust cover go into the retail box, which is then packed into the master carton for shipping.

6. Dispatch

   Goods leave with an A.TR movement certificate, so no customs duty is due on arrival in the European Union.
